At the core of this acquisition is TruSight’s Intermediary Coverage service offering, which provides private equity firms with access to thousands of long-tail investment banks and intermediary contacts. TruSight leveraged its extensive intermediary network to find a suitable acquisition candidate for 360training and its financial sponsors, working with investment banker Bill McCalpin of Capitalize Network, and his client, Mortgage Educators and Compliance.
