Dan Mahoney

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Dan is a co-founder of TruSight, leading a team that delivers outsourced business development and deal origination services and drawing on an extensive background in financial consulting and business strategy. Dan obsesses about cars and maintains peak fitness so that he can dominate his two kids in every athletic endeavor, for as long as possible.

Tom Bonney

Co-Founder

Tom is a co-founder of TruSight, following on his career as a serial entrepreneur, investor and professional services leader with over 30 years experience serving middle market firms across North America. He lives with his family in sunny Jupiter, Florida.

Retained Buy-Side Search

Jennifer Davis

Director

Jennifer directs our Retained Buy-Side Search practice, leading an experienced team in providing off-market proprietary deal flow to private equity funds, family offices and strategic acquirers. She lives in Atlanta and spends her free time traveling with her husband and two kids.

Kyle Collins

Vice President

Kyle specializes in business development and deal origination services for private equity and strategic acquirers seeking off-market opportunities. He lives in Houston and enjoys exploring the city with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.

Buy-Side Deal Origination

Joe Loreto

Principal

Joe is responsible for originating and maintaining client relationships with buy-side and sell-side partners. Aside from an extensive career in sell-side investment banking, he has a passion for lawn maintenance and cheering on Philly sports teams.

Zoe Nathan

Vice President

Zoe specializes in customized deal origination services for private equity funds, family offices, and strategic acquirers, leveraging her prior experience in corporate banking. In the rare instance that you encounter her out-of-office message, she is likely pursuing her passions in scuba diving, traveling, and skiing.

Business Development & Marketing

Bryn Everson

Principal, Business Development

Bryn helps private equity firms build relationships and expand investor coverage. With a deep understanding of investment strategies, she thoughtfully creates value for both buyers and sellers. Bryn lives in the Philadelphia suburbs, and enjoys family, the outdoors, her dog Franklin, yoga, and cooking for a crowd.

Brian James Kirk

Sr. Marketing Manager

Brian leads TruSight's strategic and tactical digital marketing efforts. A previous cofounder of a business journalism publication that still operates today, he lives in Philadelphia, spending weekends immersed in concerts and photography.
